Running Late?

No Shows & last-minute cancellations are subject to a FEE PER DOG up to the full price of the groom, which will be added to your next ticket. Prepayment for the same will be required before another appointment is booked. I understand there may be emergency situations and I will work with you, but not on a continued basis. 

EVERY parent gets a reminder text 72 hours before their scheduled appointment asking them to either confirmation, cancel or request a reschedule. Please use that text as a reminder that anything past that time would be considered a last minute cancelation.

Please be respectful of my time as I am a by-appointment business, and another client could have taken your appointment if I had known. 

NOTE: Clients who are 15 minutes late risk losing their appointment without notice. Repeat no shows & cancelations (last minute or not) are at risk of not being accepted for future grooming with Me.

No Fee for 1st & 2nd Last minute cancelation/no show.

I will offer only TWO last minute cancelations and/or no shows before you will be required to prepay for future appointments. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt, I know things happen but after the 2nd time, you will be prompted to pre pay for ALL future appointments. Any reoccurring future appointments that happened to be pre saved will be canceled and you will only be able to make ONE prepaid future appointment at a time. 

Price of a full groom Per Pet.

Online booking, where applicable, will require either a deposit or prepayment equal to the cost of services which will go towards total cost at completion. 

Furthermore, if there are any fees associated with matting or otherwise, the difference will be charged to the client at completion. These Fees are in place to limit and discourage no shows and cancellations outside of the 72-hour cancelation window.
