Important updates for 2024!
Hi everyone! I wanted to take the time to let you all know how thankful I am for you and your fur babies! Although I have been grooming for over 10 years now, It has been one year on my own! It has been an amazing experience being able to work with you & your pups!
Meeting your friends & being able to work with all those you referred has been awesome!
I do have some updates I would like to share with all of you for the coming new year.
Please take the time to read everything and keep in mind that although some of the discounts are changing or ending, I will be adding more throughout the year.
Pricing - 2024:
I just updated the pricing of Haircut with Bath packages and Bath Packages this year (2023) I do not plan on changing it again for another year or two, so no worries!

Dye - 2024:
I am now offering pup color! All natural and made for Dogs! I have a wide variety of colors (permanent, semi-Permanent, Temporary, Airbrush, temporary paint pens, Chalk and blow pens).
However, if you would like to add this service, we would have to plan this well in advance so I will have enough time to order more product if needed, and book accordingly so I can set aside more time for your dog's appointment. this calls for more than one bathing as well as time for color to sit.
please also keep in mind that if you reserve color then decide at the last minute to drop the service, it would be considered short notice cancelation as the extra time that was set aside for your pup could have been booked for another fur baby.
Short Notice Cancelations, dropped services & No Shows - 2024:
EVERYONE gets a automatic reminder text 72 hours before their appointment. This text is meant for you to Confirm, Cancel, or Request a reschedule or Change in services of your appointments. Any time after is past the cancelation window & fees may occur depending on the number of times services or whole appointments have been cancelled or not shown up to.
I do the best I can to fit everyone in and help all the fur babies look & feel great. Since I try to only do one client family at a time, I only do an average of 3 dogs. Therefore I plan each day carefully to make sure that each pup gets the attention they need. Some require special attention due to anxiety & fear.
Adding, Subtracting, Cancelling last minute or Just not showing up greatly effects that. The time reserved for an appointment that changes could have gone to a dog on the wait list who needed special attention, time and care.
I would like to ask everyone to please make a point to respond to EVERY text message you receive from the booking system. It only takes a moment & would help a great deal!

New Streaming Service TBD. I may be using Twitch or another service that will allow me to post to facebook as well as embed the Live feed to my website (for those clients who do not use facebook).
If i go with Twitch, videos may only be available for 60 days (3 months) after the live feed ends. I am hoping to allow everyone the opportunity to view their babies being groomed. Please keep an eye for these updates on facebook as well as on my website.

Early Bird will always be used first with Birthday Bonus following in succession.
The Only discount with unlimited rollover are referrals. all other discounts can not roll over.
Updated Policy - 2024:
Only ONE discount or Bonus per appointment.
Early bird discount no longer available starting January 1st, 2024

$10 off for each person you refer after their 1st completed appointment.
$10 off to the person you referred to be used on their first appointment.

5% (not to exceed $5.00)
(OR $5.00 off if multiple dogs on one appointment)
ONE groom to be used only AFTER new client completes 1st grooming appointment.

One Groom to be used on first visit.
**Refer a small pup (under 14):

Early Bird Discount (limited time discount):
Previous Discount - 2023:
10% off (not to exceed $10) ONE Bath/Haircut package for ONE dog booked at 6:00 AM.
Must drop off promptly at 6:00am in order to redeem discount. Unlike other appointment times, Early Bird does NOT have a grace period.
Updated Discount - 2024:
Early Bird Discount No Longer active as of January 1st 2024!!
Birthday Bonus:
Previous Discount - 2023:
-10% off (not to exceed $10) ONE groom to be used Only once during pup's birthday month only.
Updated Discount - 2024:
No Update but I would like to emphasize, Birthday bonus Expires the last day of the birthday month so it must be used BEFORE then or you will need to wait until the following birthday to access it again!!
Loyalty Perks (Limited):
Previous Discount - 2023:
Complete 10 Full Service appointments within 18 month period & get 50% off ONE dog's bath or haircut.
This loyalty perk acts as incentive to complete grooming appointments every 6 to 8 weeks as recommended for full service haircuts.*
NOTE: in order to meet these requirements, the absolute maximum time between each appointment can NOT exceed 7 weeks!!**
Updated Discount - 2024:
No Update but I would like to emphasize, those of you who happened to receive one of the few cards please keep in mind that in order for this special discount to apply, you had to have completed TEN FULL SERVICE appointments from the very FIRST date to the Very last.
The card can not simply just be stamped but it MUST be finished within 18 months from the very first stamp/date!
This will be difficult to do since you would have to book an appointment AND not miss it every 7 weeks. or you would have to make sure you book extra appointments earlier than that.
If you book appointments every 8 weeks or longer, i hate to say that the discount will not apply.
Please look at your loyalty card and calculate 70 weeks from the very first date... THAT is when your card must be completed by.
