Loyal Pup Program:

• Clients who set up reoccurring or multiple appointments, or re-book on the SAME day they pick up their dog from grooming will receive a discount on every appointment they keep and arrive on time for (one discount per household, even with multiple dogs). 

• If you miss, cancel, or reschedule an appointment for any reason—planned or unintentional—the discount will no longer apply, and you’ll be charged the original price until your pet’s grooming schedule is back on track.

• Earn 5% off (up to $5) on your grooming appointment per household. If multiple dogs are booked in one appointment, a single $5 discount will apply.

• This program is designed to reward loyal clients who stick to the recommended grooming schedule tailored to their pet’s needs.
