Ongoing Discounts:

Starting January 1, 2025, clients previously receiving ongoing discounted appointments will transition to regular pricing.

The only exception to this policy applies to pets on hospice care. These clients may continue to receive an ongoing discounted rate as a compassionate measure.

I understand that this change may surprise some clients, as it could feel like a significant price increase compared to others. This may be because they were not fully aware of the current standard pricing for grooming services. However, to ensure fairness across the board, this adjustment will take effect moving forward.

Rollover Policy:

The Refer A Pup Program and the Loyal Pup Program are the only discounts with unlimited rollover. Referral discounts may be applied to future appointments until used. The Loyalty Program remains ongoing as long as the client continues to meet the program requirements.

All other discounts must be redeemed during the applicable time frame and cannot roll over to future appointments.

Stacking Discounts:

The only discount eligible for stacking is the Birthday Bonus when multiple dogs in the same household share a birthday month. Each dog’s birthday discount can be applied during the same appointment.
